What is 21 Day Fix Extreme?
If you have completed 21 Day Fix or if you are looking for an intermediate to advance work out, then 21 Day Fix Extreme is for you. This workout uses the same food portion containers as 21 Day Fix, but a little more strict. The exercises are still only 30 minutes a day, but they are more intense, and the modifier is more strenuous than regular 21 Day Fix. You still get to eat normal, healthy food, but this program is for those who are looking to get a lean six‑pack, cut arms, ripped shoulders, and toned legs. It's for those who want to seriously ramp up the calorie‑scorching, muscle‑carving intensity with these 30‑minute extreme workouts. You'll be doing steady‑state aerobics, resistance training, and explosive power moves to target every inch of your bodyyou exercise for only 30 minutes a day.
